Who supplies the service
The Lap Map is supplied by Ryan Mark Johnsen trading as Frontline Talent Group, ABN 87 817 337 865. We are registered for GST. Website business subscription prices are in Australian dollars and include 10% GST. Apple displays its applicable price, currency and taxes for in-app purchases.
Your listing and paid placement
Claiming your business gives it its own pin on the map, with your photo and details, while a Pin or Search subscription (including any free trial) is active. A business that is not claimed, or whose subscription has ended, may appear only as an ordinary map point drawn from public map data. Paid products provide the placement and features described at checkout. We may remove or hide any business, map point or listing from the map at our discretion. You must be authorised to manage the business and keep its information accurate. Paid placement is labelled. We do not guarantee an audience, enquiries, bookings or sales.
Trials and payment
An eligible trial collects a payment method at signup. Checkout shows your price, trial length, trial end and billing terms. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the subscription renews at the disclosed price. Recurring charges continue until cancelled. Website payments are processed by Stripe. Purchases inside the iOS app are processed by Apple, using the price, currency, tax and eligible offer displayed by the App Store. Apple issues its own purchase receipts.
Price lock
The price of a website subscription does not go up for as long as that subscription continues. If our prices change, the change applies to new subscriptions only. If you cancel and later subscribe again, the price at that time applies.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel through the cancellation control in your business dashboard. For website purchases, complete the confirmation in Stripe. For Apple purchases, use Manage Apple subscriptions or your Apple account settings. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first subscription charge. After payment, cancellation stops future renewals and paid features continue until the end of that paid period. When a subscription ends, your pin is removed and your business may appear only as an ordinary map point.
We do not provide change-of-mind refunds or credits for unused time in a paid period. Apple also handles refund requests for App Store purchases under its policies. This policy does not exclude refunds, cancellation rights or other remedies required by Australian law, including any applicable cooling-off rights.
Activity reporting
Reports describe recorded interactions, not confirmed calls, bookings or sales. Distinct devices are not a count of people. Repeated listing actions are capped per device, action and day; older activity may only have a daily unique count. Simulated test traffic is excluded from business reports. Monthly activity emails can be switched off in your business dashboard.
Listing review and service problems
We may hide inaccurate, misleading, abusive or unauthorised listings while an issue is investigated. Contact us to correct information or dispute a decision. We will explain material service changes and handle service problems in accordance with your legal rights. These terms do not limit Australian Consumer Law guarantees.
